The new product from Sakimoto, a specialty store of premium breads, is a “superb sweets bread” that you can enjoy the gentle sweetness of caramel chocolate. The bread dough is made with the finest ingredients, such as North American wheat and domestic butter, and Sakimoto’s original blend of coffee to create a “marble pattern.

The coffee is an original blend roasted at Sakimoto Coffee Roasting, which opened in Namba, Osaka in March 2021. It is a blend of coffee beans selected from Papua New Guinea, Guatemala, Indonesia and three other countries to create a mellow aroma.

In addition, a block of salted caramel chocolate is added to the bread dough to add sweetness and a change in texture. It has a sweet taste like tasting sweets, and once you try it, you will be addicted to it. The bread dough is kneaded with a lot of honey to make it soft to the touch.
