Afternoon Tea with “Tokyo Cloisonne” and “Bizen Pottery” motifs
Blissful Afternoon Tea” is based on the theme of “traditional crafts x afternoon tea. This year’s menu, the third in the series, is inspired by the traditional crafts of “Tokyo cloisonne enamel ware” and “Bizen ware”.
The lineup includes canelés with Bizen ware motifs and “peanut and black sesame baked sweets” inspired by the Tokyo Cloisonne ware. The menu features 12 kinds of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes using autumnal ingredients.
Exhibition and Collaboration
This afternoon tea is in collaboration with the exhibition “Book & Culture Craftsman’s Story vol.4” at the Shiba Park Hotel. We hope you will enjoy it as well.
