Each season’s theme is different, with delicate and glorious sweets created by the wedding hall’s resident pastry chef. This year, the “Classic Lady’s Strawberry Afternoon Tea” themed on strawberries and cosmetics will be served on selected dates from April to June!
Classical Lady’s Strawberry Afternoon Tea
The sweets are mainly in vivid pink/red/gold/silver, and the lineup includes lip-inspired chocolate cones and studded high-heeled chocolates, all elegantly designed.
The optional “Heart Rouge Strawberry Cake” offers a bright red heart-shaped sponge cake called Red Velvet Cake. Made with cocoa, raspberries, and beets, and topped with fresh strawberries, roses, high-heeled chocolate, and a tiara, it’s a pretty, grown-up dish!
