Cocotte de Noël au Fraise
Of particular note is the “Cocotte de Noël au Fraise,” which uses the equivalent of about 50 strawberries per unit. The entire cake is a luxurious item that allows you to enjoy the aroma and flavor of the overflowing strawberry sandwiched between slices of strawberries, gelée, and jam, not to mention the vibrant decoration.

Gateau Cadeux Uit Noel, a pure white cake decorated with a gorgeous ribbon reminiscent of a Christmas gift box, is new for 2022. It is a rich white chocolate cake with a mousse of chocolat blanc, mascarpone mousse, raspberry jelly, and meringue as its main ingredients.
