“Sakura Strawberry Afternoon Tea” is now available from Strings Hotel Tokyo Intercontinental. From March 15th (Wednesday) to May 9th (Tuesday), 2023, it will be served at the Italian grill “Melodia” and the cafe & bar “RHYTHMOS”.

Afternoon tea at The Strings Hotel Tokyo InterContinental, which changes the theme for each season. In the spring season, “Sakura Strawberry His Afternoon Tea” offers sweets and savory with strawberries and cherry blossoms as the main characters.
There are sweets made with cherry blossoms and strawberries, such as the “Strawberry Chocolate Canelé” coated with strawberry chocolate, the “Sakura Strawberry Japanese Parfait” with salted cherry blossoms on top, and the “Strawberry Daifuku” wrapped in sliced strawberries. A lineup of menus with cute visuals that are typical of spring.
For savory, we use materials related to “cherry blossoms”. We offer a variety of cherry blossom-themed items, such as Vichyssoise with cherry liquor added as an accent, and risotto with cherry shrimp.
In addition, a cherry blossom art tree in full bloom will appear in the restaurant by project mapping. You can enjoy early cherry blossom viewing while enjoying afternoon tea.
