The “Strawberry Afternoon Tea Set,” which develops from winter to spring, is an afternoon tea that is offered by changing part of the menu every two months depending on the season. From March 1, 2022 (Tuesday), as a “spring version”, sweets and savory full of springiness and strawberry charm will appear.
Strawberry x pistachio “cherry-colored” Mont Blanc, etc.
The sweets include “Strawberry and Cherry Eclair”, which is a combination of cherry-flavored custard and fresh strawberry sliced in fresh cream, “Strawberry Mont Blanc”, which uses strawberry-friendly pistachio for the dough and cream, and on a sponge. There are 7 types of strawberry, such as strawberry, Azuki Dainagon, Kiyomi orange, and “Strawberry Mochi Cake” which is finished in Japanese style by layering fertilizer. In addition, we will prepare a brand variety “Kyo no Shizuku” from Kyoto as a fresh strawberry.
