Among St. Cousair’s seasonal jams that are released in each of the four seasons, the spring limited edition jam is the most popular. This year, under the theme of “Strawberry Festival,” three kinds of jams were prepared to add color to the excitement of spring.

While retaining the richness of the cheese, we pursued a balance between the sweetness and acidity of the strawberries to create a light, spring-like flavor.
