The St. Regis Hotel Osaka will hold a Strawberry Afternoon Tea “Fifth Avenue Collection” at the St. Regis Bar on the 12th floor from January 8 (Sat.) to May 2022.
Strawberry Afternoon Tea with a motif of fashion items from New York’s Fifth Avenue
The St. Regis Hotel was established in New York City in 1904. The Fifth Avenue Collection is a strawberry afternoon tea featuring sweets made with seasonal strawberries, inspired by the fashion items lined up in the sparkling show windows of Fifth Avenue in New York, where the St. Regis Hotel was founded.
The stand features a lineup of cute looking sweets such as “Strawberry Heel,” a panna cotta with red pumped feet slipping out of a pink skirt, “Berry Opera” with a striped pattern that resembles a bag, and bright red “Dress Cookies.
In addition, savories such as “Ham and Herb Cream Cheese,” a soft layer of cured ham like a drape, will also be available.
Art-inspired strawberry parfait sets are also available.
Rue D’or , a French bistro on the first floor of the hotel, will offer a strawberry parfait called “The New York Gallery,” which includes a parfait and an assorted plate of sweets and savories.
The parfait is inspired by the art and designs that abound in the streets of New York. The parfait comes in three flavors, including “LOVE Strawberry,” a layered sweet and sour strawberry and pistachio mousse depicting Banksy’s “Balloon and Girl,” and “Banana and Chocolate,” inspired by the colorful wall art that can be found throughout the city.
On the other hand, the assortment plate includes sweets and food that will bring you closer to New York, such as strawberry-flavored doughnuts, cupcakes and marshmallows, as well as hot dogs and hamburgers inspired by the city of Manhattan.
