St. Regis Hotel Osaka’s Valentine’s Day will feature flower chocolates inspired by “ball” and “LOVE” eclairs.

The St. Regis Hotel Osaka has introduced Valentine’s Day chocolates for 2022, which will be sold in stores from February 1 (Tuesday) to February 14 (Monday), 2022. Reservations have been accepted since January 15 (Saturday).

Flower Chocolate Bar Inspired by a Ball

The most notable item in the St. Regis Hotel Osaka’s “Valentine Collection 2022” is the “Flower Chocolate Bar” inspired by the beautiful flowers displayed at balls. Inspired by the lavish soirées held by Caroline Astor, the mother of the founder of St. Regis and a central figure in New York society, the bar is covered with colorful flowers. Two flavors are available: violet and white chocolate, and rose and raspberry.

Bloody Mary Chocolate, a cocktail expression

The Bloody Mary Chocolate is a representation of the Bloody Mary, a signature cocktail created at the St. Regis New York’s King Cole Bar in 1934. It comes in two flavors: New York’s original “Red Snapper” and Osaka’s original “Shogun Marie” made with yuzu, wasabi and soy sauce.

Champagne-scented truffle chocolate

Champagne saberage” is a traditional St. Regis Hotel hospitality where guests are served champagne at dusk by cutting off the mouth with a western sword. The Champagne Truffle Chocolate is a combination of the champagne used in the “Champagne Cerverage” and Valrhona’s bitter chocolate. The chocolate melts in your mouth, and the gorgeous fragrance of champagne drifts in the air.

Heart-shaped sablés and eclairs with “love messages” are also available.

In addition to chocolates, we also offer baked goods. There is a line up of cute visual sweets such as the “Strawberry Sable,” a butter-scented heart-shaped sable coated with crumbly strawberry chocolate, and the “LOVE Eclair Set,” which depicts words of love.
