Starbucks has released two new spring drinks, “Sakura Strawberry Shiratama Frappuccino” and “Sakura Blooming Milk Latte”, which will be available at Starbucks stores nationwide from February 15, 2022.

Since 2002, Starbucks has been offering products that allow customers to enjoy cherry blossoms in various forms as the “SAKURA Series. It’s a blooming party!
Sakura Strawberry Shiratama Frappuccino
The “Sakura Strawberry Shiratama Frappuccino” is a Frappuccino made with a sauce made from a combination of cherry blossom powder and strawberry juice, milk, and a slightly pink Shiratama ball, which is blended with ice. For the finishing touch, the whipped cream is topped with Sakura Strawberry Shave Chocolate, which resembles Sakura petals, and raw Yatsuhashi, representing Sakura in full bloom throughout the cup. The gentle flavors of cherry blossoms and strawberries and the sticky texture of the white egg create a perfect harmony to create a spring-like drink.

The Sakura Blooming Milk Latte, on the other hand, is a hot drink that combines Sakura strawberry sauce with warm milk. Drawn on top of the foam milk is a full-blown cherry blossom expressed with chocolate sauce and Sakura Strawberry Shave Chocolate.
