Starbucks will release its new “Matcha & Crushed Almond Milk Tea Latte” at five Starbucks Tea & Cafe stores nationwide from June 22, 2022 (Wednesday).
“New Taste” Tea Latte of Matcha and Crushed Almonds
Starbucks Tea & Cafe, which specializes in teas, has introduced a new summer item, the “Matcha & Crushed Almond Milk Tea Latte. This “new taste” tea latte allows you to enjoy the crunchy texture of crushed almonds and the cool sensation of frozen tea.
The loose frozen base is made by blending almond milk with skinned almonds, white mocha flavor syrup, and a small amount of ice, and adding a slightly sweet, fresh matcha shot on top. By pouring the matcha on top, the matcha and the almond milk frozen base slowly mingle, allowing the taste to change with each sip.
The bright green color of the matcha and the white color of the almond milk create a cool contrast between the two layers. Enjoy the exquisite harmony of carefully selected matcha and fragrant almonds.
