Le Croissant, a croissant specialty store popular in the Kansai region, has reopened its Shinsaibashi store. The new store will be a “freshly baked demonstration store” where customers can experience how freshly baked croissants are made.
The store offers a variety of croissants, including the signature “Le Clos petit croissant.,” as well as meal-type and sweet croissants. “Le Clos petit croissant.” is a popular buttery product baked with “crispy outside and moist inside” using Hokkaido wheat and fermented butter.
The “Meal Set,” which includes a variety of meal items, includes “Mecha Tamago” with a boiled egg on top and “Mentaiko Fondue” filled with mentaiko (spicy cod roe).
Meanwhile, the “Sweet Set” includes “Quattro Chocolat,” which is rich in chocolate, and “Petit Clafin Blueberry & Cassis,” which is decorated with colorful decorations.
