Super Sweets Buffet 2022 – Imokuri Nankin (sweet potato, chestnut and pumpkin)” is the second most popular buffet after the “Strawberry Buffet,” which has attracted a total of over 200,000 visitors since its first year. This year again, visitors can enjoy more than 20 kinds of various sweets made from the flavors of autumn to their heart’s content.
Comparison of 3 types of Mont Blanc
Among the many items on the menu, the three types of “Imokuri Nankin” Mont Blanc are particularly noteworthy. The “Marron Mont Blanc” is made of five layers of chocolate, whipped cream, meringue, and marron cream; the “Sweet Potato Mont Blanc” is made of puff pastry and cream sandwiched between sweet potato nectar; and the “Kabocha Mont Blanc” is made of a baked pie topped with pumpkin, whipped cream, and pumpkin cream. The “Kabocha Mont Blanc” is a combination of fresh cream and pumpkin cream in a pie baked with pumpkin on top.
