Swissôtel Nankai Osaka is collaborating with the teddy bear brand Steiff. The “Steiff Honey Holic Sweets Buffet” will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays from May 1 (Sun) to June 26 (Sun), and from May 3 (Tue) to 5 (Thu), 2022.
Sweets buffet with “Steiff teddy bears”
The “Steiff Honey Holic Sweets Buffet” in collaboration with Steiff, Germany’s top teddy bear brand, features a full lineup of “honey”-themed menu items. The chefs have created an elaborate menu featuring everything from adorable teddy bear motif sweets to savory dishes.
Pound cake starring a teddy bear
The sweets include “Honey Nut Pound Cake” starring a teddy bear, “Honey Crunch Basket” topped with honey custard and whipped cream, “Honey Lemon and Cacao Rare Cheese Cake” with a cute pattern like a “bee’s hip,” and “Honey Lemon Cream and Custard Tart” with sour lemon cream.
Savory with honey
The menu also includes a wide variety of savories, such as chilled chuka with honey as a secret ingredient, honey-roasted chickpeas, and honey-flavored butternut squash, which will keep diners entertained until the end of the meal.
