The 5th “The Charm of Cookies” is an event where about 90 kinds of cookies gather in one place. This year’s event will focus on the combination of ingredients that bring out the deliciousness of cookies, and will sell mainly “nut” cookies in the first half of the event until March 8 (Tuesday), and “cream” cookies in the second half of the event from March 9 (Wednesday).
Almond, pistachio and other “nut” cookies
The first half of the event featured a variety of nut cookies. The “Nut Cookie Assortment” from “Nut Lab,” a new brand from a bean confectionery manufacturer that has been in business for more than 100 years, is an assortment of pistachio, almond, cashew, and other nut cookies made by a baker who knows all about the unique characteristics of nuts.
