A cat-themed event, “Nyan-Darake in Osaka,” will be held at “Kantele Ogimachi Square Event Space” (Ogimachi 2, Kita-ku, Osaka City) on September 19 and 20.

First time in Kansai!
“Nyan-Darake is an event held in Tokyo since 2016 by cat lovers for cat lovers. The event will be held twice a year until 2019, with an average of about 4,000 visitors each time. This is the first time the event has been held in Kansai.
In addition to the booths, the event will feature a cat photo exhibition, a quiz rally, and a “Nyan-mikuji” lottery where you can listen to 39 different types of “cat’s omens. A “cat bus” will also be available to help foster cats in need. Mayumi Okazaki of Kansai Telecasting Corporation, the organizer of the event, said, “The attraction of the event is the booths selling cat goods and the many gifts offered by the sponsors. We hope that people will participate in the various projects that will be held at the venue, enjoy the shopping and the projects, and bring home a lot of cat goods gifts that are more than the admission fee.
