The theme of “Bella Strawberry”, which starts with a welcome drink “Strawberry Vita” inspired by a strawberry cocktail, is “Bella = beautiful in Italian”. The afternoon tea stand is decorated with a variety of colorful sweets and savories. Tiramisu arranged with strawberries, Italian-colored panna cotta with green color and aroma extracted from basil, and bruschetta with fresh strawberries in caprese style are just some of the menu items that will make you feel like you are traveling to Italy.
Homemade gelato, local sweets, and strawberries are available at the buffet.
The buffet menu also features a diverse lineup of fresh strawberries with popular varieties depending on the season, five types of homemade gelato (strawberry, pistachio, chocolate, vanilla, and blood orange), and five types of petit fours. Bonboroni, a cream-filled doughnut known as a local Italian pastry, and freshly baked panini are prepared in front of you by the chef at a live station.
The black tea that complements the taste of the sweets is selected from the long-established German tea brand, Ronnefeldt. In addition to the standard teas, you can enjoy drinking a total of 10 different flavors, including green rooibos, strawberry cream, and strawberry field to match the theme.
