From January 7 (Fri.) to May 15 (Sun.), 2021, Hilton Osaka will offer a limited time sweets buffet, “Strawberry Sweets Buffet – Dreaming Teddy Bear,” at the Folk Kitchen on the 2nd floor of the Hilton Osaka building.

The “Strawberry Sweets Buffet: Dreaming of Teddy Bears” is a popular strawberry dessert buffet held by Hilton Osaka every year for the 2021-2022 season. This year’s event will feature about 25 different kinds of creative sweets in a pop space that evokes the image of a “sweets party where strawberry-loving teddy bears gather.
Strawberry mousse in the shape of a rose and a pure white “bear paw print” cake.
The iconic menu items are the Red Rose and White Rose, both of which are made in the shape of a large rose. The Red Rose is a pistachio cookie dough with strawberry mousse and chocolate cream. The White Rose, on the other hand, is a citrus flavored madeleine dough layered with berry jelly and lychee mousse.
Also, the “Snow Walk” is a cake with a cute, pure white visual with bear tracks and a miniature bear sitting on it. It also has a refreshing mint jelly and strawberry jelly layered on top of each other for a refreshing taste.
The lineup also includes the Strawberry Caramel Tart, which combines the crunchy texture of shortbread with caramel honey mousse and yuzu mousse, and sweets with polka dot motifs such as Strawberry Vanilla Dot and Chocolate Mirror. You can fully enjoy the strawberry-filled sweets menu.
The light snack menu includes “Potato Gnocchi with Alfredo Sauce,” “Pasta Salad Provençal Style,” “Hilton Osaka Beef Curry,” salad, and soup. It can also be used as an alternative to lunch.
Strawberry Afternoon Tea also offered at the same time
In addition, a strawberry afternoon tea, “Strawberry Afternoon Tea Set – Yumemiru Teddy Bear,” will be offered at the “My Place” cafe and bar on the first floor during the same period. This afternoon tea set includes strawberry sweets in a box that looks like a jewelry box, and is available in limited quantities.
