The Sheraton Miyako Hotel Osaka will offer a sweets buffet themed on the fairy tale “Red Riding Hood” from January 15 (Sat.) to February 27 (Sun.), 2022.

Strawberry Sweets Buffet with the Fairy Tale “Red Riding Hood” Motif

The “Strawberry Sweets Buffet: Little Red Riding Hood and Her Forest Friends” is a strawberry sweets buffet based on the fairy tale “Little Red Riding Hood. There will be mascarpone and berry mousse with a motif of “Little Red Riding Hood”, madeleines with “wolf paw”, macarons and cream puffs with images of cute forest animals. There will also be macaroons and cream puffs with images of cute forest animals.

There are also food items that use strawberries. A salad of smoked duck with strawberries, a millefeuille of marinated salmon layered with strawberries and potatoes, and a meri mello of tuna, avocado, and strawberries are just some of the dishes on the menu that make full use of fresh strawberries.
