Dessert & Tea “Strawberry Garden” at Rihga Royal Hotel (Osaka) is an afternoon tea set based on the theme of strawberries, which are in season. You can enjoy colorful sweets with fragrant tea and coffee.
Strawberry and rose mini parfait and strawberry mousse
Seven types of sweets are available. The “Strawberry and Rosehip Jelly” is a “mature” dessert with layers of strawberry sauce, rose-flavored cheese cream, and rose hip berries, topped with a large strawberry.
The lineup also includes a variety of other strawberry sweets, such as “Strawberry terrine meringue sandwich,” which is the best match of strawberry-flavored chocolate terrine and “crispy” meringue, and “strawberry mousse,” which looks like a large strawberry.
For the Valentine’s season, a special version of the menu with more “chocolate-taste” items is offered. You can taste the combination of bitter chocolate and sweet and sour strawberries.
