The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka will hold an autumn afternoon buffet, “Autumn Sweets Collection,” at the Italian restaurant Splendido from September 4 (Sat.) to November 3 (Wed., holiday), 2021.

The “Autumn Sweets Collection” is a fusion of afternoon tea and a sweets buffet, where you can enjoy the special sweets and savories of these two talented chefs, each expressing their own autumn.
A wide variety of sweets made with the rich flavors of autumn
Fabian, who is in charge of sweets, proposed a variety of sweets, each of which is highly perfected, such as the flavorful baked goods “Orange Amaretti” and “Pan de Gennes,” the multi-layered flavors of “Hazelnut Neapolitan” and “Florentine Millefeuille,” and the dome-shaped “Tiramisu.
The popular “Freshly Squeezed Mont Blanc” is also available.
The “Freshly Squeezed Mont-Blanc,” which was also served in 2020 and was well received, will also make a return appearance. On top of a biscuit base layered with raspberry and blackcurrant confiture, chestnut confit, and mousse, the Mont-Blanc cream is squeezed out in front of the guests and sandwiched between orange-flavored meringue.
Savory with Authentic Italian Flavor
For the savory dishes, Aldo introduced the typical autumn flavors of his native Italy. Mushroom Rosellini” baked with Grana Padano, a cheese with a good richness and flavor, and mushrooms, “Porcini Cappuccino,” a mushroom soup poured into an espresso cup, and “Spinach Focaccia Milanese Salami with Tartar Sauce,” a richly colored dish. The menu is full of authentic Italian flavors.
