Lemon mousse like a “Christmas gift”
The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka is presenting a total of six types of cakes for Christmas 2022 under the theme of “A Warm Christmas for Everyone. The “Christmas Gift Limone,” which looks like a “Christmas present,” is a hexagonal lemon mousse cake topped with a chocolate ribbon. The inside is filled with chocolate and Earl Grey cream, and the harmony of the refreshing lemon can be enjoyed.
Red Strawberry Raspberry Mousse
The Strawberry Red Crown is a strawberry raspberry mousse with a red color. It is surrounded by a chocolate ring with a tree pattern.
Pistachio-colored “Christmas ornaments”
The “Christmas Ornament” is a pistachio-scented mousse layered with three layers of pistachio biscuit, raspberry confit, and vanilla cream. The top is decorated with chocolate “leaves” and raspberries.
Stollen and chocolate terrine are also available.
