The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka’s 22-year Valentine’s Day will be…what!?

The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka has introduced new sweets for Valentine’s Day 2022, which will be available at the Ritz-Carlton Gourmet Shop on the 1st floor from January 22 (Sat.) to February 14 (Mon.), 2022. Reservations will be accepted from Monday, January 17 to Thursday, February 10, 2022.

Among the 2022 Valentine’s Day sweets presented by The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka, the most notable is the bright red “Heart Mousse Cake”. The cake is made with a crispy chocolate raspberry base and strawberry mousse for a refreshing taste, with ginger cream as an accent.
