The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka has released its Christmas cake for 2021, and will be accepting reservations from November 5 (Fri.) to December 16 (Thu.), 2021. Reservations will be accepted from November 5 (Fri.) to December 16 (Thu.), 2021, and the cake will be delivered from December 23 (Thu.) to December 26 (Sun.), 2021.
A chocolate cake that represents “Santa’s sleigh.”
The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka is offering a gorgeous Christmas cake with a “gift” theme.
The “Snow Sleigh Gift” with Christmas tree and gift box motifs is a lovely cake that expresses Santa Claus’ sleigh in chocolate. The base of the cake is made of blackberry tea and chocolate mousse, and the inside of the sleigh is filled with soft cream blackberry tea, raspberry and blueberry confit.
Pure white Buche de Noel
A pure white “Buche de Noel Blanc” is also in the lineup. It has a sour lemon mousse base layered with lemon biscuit, lemon confit, and almond crunch. The sweetness of the jasmine tea-flavored milk chocolate tucked inside is a nice accent.
Pistachio and Strawberry Tart
The “Strawberry Gift Tart” is a Christmas cake that gives you a surprise when you open the chocolate gift box to reveal a bright red tart. The tart is made with a rich pistachio mousse and a sweet and sour strawberry raspberry compote.
Wreath-shaped cake
The wreath-shaped “Christmas Wreath” is a hazelnut praline mousse cake with yuzu cream and hazel biscuit. The top is covered with star-shaped chocolates and savory nuts to create a festive mood.
Strawberry Shortcake
Also on sale is the royal strawberry shortcake, with its rich harmony of moist sponge dough and smooth, high-quality fresh cream.
