W Osaka’s “Strawberry-filled” Afternoon Tea has been updated for spring and is now available again. The concept of “strawberries with a difference” such as wild strawberries and raspberries, which are not only strawberries, will be the main attraction, but the menu will be renewed with a spring look.
The lineup of sweets includes “pistachio and raspberry cake” with a combination of savory nuts and strawberries, “three kinds of berry chocolate mousse” with a rich flavor, and “coconut panna cotta with strawberry and lychee jelly” with an irresistible plump texture.
Also on offer are colorful desserts such as “Orange and Strawberry Opera” and “Phrase des Bois and Strawberry Cheesecake,” both inspired by the fashion of model and DJ AMIAYA.
For savories, the menu features delicious dishes using seasonal ingredients such as spring cabbage and fresh onions. Scones, a staple of afternoon tea, will be available in berry flavors: “Vanilla and Strawberry” and “White Chocolate and Raspberry.
