Limited-edition “Shooting Star Tart” with “Night Sky Jelly
Qu’il fait bon has released a limited edition star-shaped shooting star tart, a romantic Tanabata tart inspired by the Milky Way and shooting stars. The crispy star-shaped tart dough is decorated with purple jelly made from butterfly peas, a herb that produces “blue flowers,” to resemble the Tanabata night sky.
Six colorful fruits, including mango, orange, and blueberry, are on the center. Below that is a layer of fruit jam and white bavarois, which adds a refreshing flavor and a plump texture accent.
