In conjunction with International Hamburger Day on May 28, the St. Regis Hotel Osaka will begin selling the “Wajyo Golden Burger” from Teppanyaki restaurant Wajyo and the “Le Dor Beef Burger” from French bistro Le Dor for takeout from Saturday, May 28 through Thursday, June 30, 2022.
Wajyo Golden Burger
The “Wajo Golden Burger,” available for a limited time only as a takeout item, is a truly “golden” burger, as if the gastronomic experience at Teppan-yaki “Wajo” were packed directly into the restaurant. The teppanyaki restaurant “Wajo” has two rooms, the “Golden Tea Room” and the “Silver Tea Room,” based on the concept of tea ceremony culture and tea room architecture developed in the Azuchi-Momoyama period. The “Wajo Golden Burger” bun, specially made by the bakery chef and decorated with gold and silver leaf, expresses the luxurious atmosphere of Teppan-yaki “Wajo”.
Sandwiched between the gleaming buns are three luxurious types of Ishigakijima Kitachi Ranch Premium Beef. The sukiyaki shoulder loin is dipped in a broth seasoned with wasanbon and sweet Kyushu soy sauce and melts in your mouth with its elegant sweetness, the sirloin gruyere has a smooth, clean fat and deep red meat flavor, and the 100% leg pate overflows with the strong flavor of premium beef in every bite. You can enjoy the overwhelming flavor of rare Wagyu beef to your heart’s content.
In addition to the premium beef, the Wajo Golden Burger is packed with the chef’s specialties for a delicious meat experience. Poached foie gras from Rouzier Japon of France, truffle-scented baked apples, and onions from Awaji Island that have been extracted to maximize their sweetness create the perfect balance and flavorful combination with the premium beef.
On the side, french fries are prepared with Hokkaido make-in skewered and deep-fried, and sprinkled with French summer truffle salt. We hope you will experience the gastronomic world of Teppanyaki “Wajo” with the limited-time “Wajo Golden Burger”.
RUE D’OR Beef Burger
French bistro RUE D’OR will sell the truffle-scented “RUE D’OR Beef Burger,” which offers the delicious taste of 100% Japanese beef. The burger is a hearty burger with 180 grams of 100% Japanese beef patty, lightly seared creamy French Brie cheese, and other ingredients sandwiched between a homemade brioche bun filled with butter. The red wine-based truffle sauce creates a rich aroma and flavor, allowing you to enjoy the rich flavor of the meat even more deeply.
The RUE D’OR Beef Burger is also available for eat-in. You can enjoy an elegant moment with a glass of champagne or a glass of wine in the Parisian atmosphere of the restaurant.
