The “Winter Sweets Buffet – Snow Fantasy” will feature a lineup of 26 kinds of sparkling sweets inspired by the fantastic silvery snowy landscape and silver and blue gems.

26 kinds of sweets including “tiara” style mousse cake
For example, the “Berry and Vanilla Mousse” cake is decorated with jewelry and snowflake motifs to resemble a tiara. The vanilla-flavored cream and sweet and sour berry mousse are a perfect match.
Blueberry Macarons” are brightly colored blue and white macarons. In between the macarons is a rich blueberry-flavored butter cream sandwich. Also available are “Pear Shortcake” with a “snowflake” top and “Blue Curacao Jelly and Blancmange” with a beautiful clear blue color.
A total of 19 different food menus are also available.
