Sweets Buffet inspired by the “Wizard’s Kitchen
The “Sweets Buffet: Black Cat and the Magician’s Kitchen” is a sweets buffet inspired by the slightly mysterious “Magician’s Kitchen. The lineup includes about 25 kinds of sweets that not only taste good but also look cute.
For example, the “Pomegranate and Chestnut Witch Dress Cake” features a unique look inspired by a witch’s dress. It is layered with biscuit made with marron glace, chestnut mousse, pomegranate jelly, and vanilla cream.
The “Magic Broomstick Mont Blanc” is, as the name suggests, based on a magic broomstick that looks as if it is about to start dancing. The red sweet potato cream and chestnut flavor are a perfect match for autumn. The “Starry Kitchen Sachertorte,” which depicts stars falling in a wizard’s kitchen, is also noteworthy. The cake is decorated with many star-shaped chocolates, and the chocolate cake with jam sandwiched between them is covered with chocolate mousse for a rich taste.
The “Sweets Buffet: Black Cat and the Wizard’s Kitchen” will be held from Halloween through the Christmas season, with the visual appearance of the sweets changing with the season. During the season when the Christmas tree appears, you can enjoy a Christmas version of the menu.
In addition to sweets, the buffet also includes the hotel’s specialty “Hilton Osaka Beef Curry,” “Squid Ink Gnocchi,” “Shrimp Cream Pasta,” and more.
Jewelry box shaped afternoon tea sets are also available.
In addition, “My Place,” a cafe and bar on the first floor, will offer a box-shaped afternoon tea set that looks like a jewelry box, with limited quantities available daily.
